i&#039;m about to try ps3 media server with a dlna client (to be decided) over a vpn into my house from my ipad.

i&#039;m hoping to be able to access my pics, mp3&#039;s and video from anywhere (regardless of format - i.e. transcoding) over the internet.

media connect and plug player are my first port of call, but &quot;8player&quot; looks awesome... we&#039;ll see how that goes.</description>

Yes i to love my iPad and i don&#039;t regret buying it for 700 euros. u wont believe i just installed ps3media server on my window PC and also installed Media link Lite on my iPad and i am able to browse my entire PC,play songs ,and videos  and photos  it is simply superb and that too without any configuration,
I am also trying to connect from my Imac but still in vein
